Fudge

Uncle Leroy's Fudge is prepared in a traditional copper kettle where the ingredients melt together to form the beginning of a sweet delicacy.

After the ingredients are properly cooked, the fudge is poured onto a 750 pound marble slab where our artisans skillfully hand work it into eye-catching loaves. The loaves are then cut into our savory slices each of which weighs approximately 1/2 lb.
